The studio was fully furnished less than 6 months ago. Across the street from Foggy Bottom, Ross Hall and George Washington University Hospital. The most central and close place to those places. There is a back exit of the building as well. On the 5th floor with quiet neighbours. I am looking for someone to take over my studio. You will take over the lease, therefore it is not a sublease. The internet costs $20/month. Everything else (water, electricity, gas) is included in the rent. No move-in fee. Deposit $ 500. I will take only my books and clothing with me and have to leave all the furniture behind including kitchen and bathroom supplies, towels, blankets etc., I am looking for someone who would pay $1.600 for the furniture which is half of what I have paid (I still have the invoices for the furniture). The white building that can be seen outside is "Ross Hall". No move in fee
