An Urgent Care Center and Cookeville Regional Hospital are only about a 15-minute walk away. To better accommodate students, the leases can be set up to coincide with when Tech gets out at the end of semesters. For someone not needing the rental until the start of classes in August, a compromise may be worked out for the summer rent.
