This has been a good rental, at $625/mo. I can email pictures upon request. The crawl has been wet due to grading issues outside that I wasn't aware of, so 3 floors need to be replaced, there's some mold in the house, stone should be put in the crawl, too. I had a quote of 5K to get it done, don't want to put the time, money or effort in. I have a property mgt co that's growing, and I'm selling some of my own rental properties to free up some time.
