The living area is not large but there is a large kitchen with breakfast nook. There is also a small storage room with washer and dryer hook-ups downstairs. There are a lot of windows and you get the ocean breeze and sound at night. All our houses have Zero-VOC paint, restored hardwood floors and enjoy access to a common garden with several fruit trees, a vegetable garden, and three chickens. We are looking for people that share our values and can give a hand in the garden if needed.
