Tenant is responsible for water/sewage/trash/utilities plus Rocky Mountain Power and Questar Gas, all vary in cost with usage. The staff and management are really nice. PETS ALLOWED with $300 deposit, $150 non-refundable pet fee and $35 per month pet rent fee (some breed restrictions) This apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple!
