The Clinton reopened in June 2003, following an extensive three-year transformation, which included construction of an additional story atop each of its two buildings that house seventeen new guest rooms and suites. The Clintons 1999-2003 renovation included extensive modernization of building systems, while its historic building status required painstaking preservation measures. Construction of an additional floor on top of each of the buildings provided seventeen completely new guest rooms and suites.
