This apartment accepts a maximum of 2 pets, subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. This rental is the top unit on a shared lot and is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy, making it suitable for quieter groups only. Violations of the noise policy may result in fines up to $10,000. The occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count, with trifold floor mattresses and additional linens available upon request. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no speakers or sound systems are provided. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
