Off street parking for one vehicle though parking is tight, large vehicles will not fit. Street parking is available with free permit. I am the property caretaker and future housemate. The house and gardens are a labor of love and a work in process. You must be employed and able to go up and down stairs. This space is best suited for one individual though all applications will be considered. Smoking outside only, the house is 420 friendly. No pets, no fragrances. First and 1/2 deposit required, last and 2nd half deposit payments are acceptable.
