    The house is approximately 1900 sq ft. We have a renovated kitchen, new wood floors throughout, new paint inside and out, and and new washer/dryer. New tile floors in the kitchen and quartz counter tops. with new appliances. Cabinets in the kitchen has been painted white (need to submit new picture). Living room has a great fireplace and the house has several original arch ways that make the house feel very quaint. There is also a large front porch to relax in the evenings. The house has a large garage that has been transformed into a recreation/gym space. A great space to relax. Property is 1/2 block from South Pasadena (North Alhambra) and close to Huntington Blvd and Atlantic Blvd. A large Ralph's market is a block away, as well as many restaurants and commercial businesses. A very safe and quiet family neighborhood. There is tandem parking on the premises for four cars. Otherwise there is street parking on a yearly tag. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I raised my three children in this beautiful home. I an happy to share it with you:) Renter pays for utilities. No smoking in the house.
