The home has granite kitchen counters and a custom tile back splash, new flooring throughout and many extras including 4 Roku streaming TVs. This is a two- level town home with an Oceanfront deck off each level. There are ocean views from all 4 bedrooms! Our private beach access is directly from the decks to the sand! The views are first-class, and we have guests reporting dolphin sightings during all seasons! Our location is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, fishing pier, ice cream, smoothies, yoga, surf shops, eco tours, surfing lessons, and live music. The top floor has a King master bedroom with attached full bath. The Kitchen and Family Room are an open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling. We have seating for 10 at the table and peninsula counter. There is a 1/2 bath off the family room as well. The first floor has a Queen second master with its own oceanfront deck and full bath! There is also a second Queen bedroom and a 4th bedroom with full over full bunkbeds. This level has a third full bathroom off the hall as well. We provide all linens, pillows, comforters and many other amenities that other hosts do not. There will be hand soap, laundry soap , dishwasher pods , and hairdryers available during your stay. Each deck has comfortable polywood chairs for your enjoyment. You can sit in the sun or shade while enjoying the breathtaking ocean views. Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play stored for your convenience. There are also books and games for you to enjoy. We all love our dogs, and our home is pet friendly! Tell us about your furry family member. After prior approval, your dog is welcome to join your trip to paradise. We have a reasonable $100 pet fee. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we do not allow dogs on beds or furniture at any time. Please be respectful of this rule, as pet hair is difficult to remove.
