Most Pets Welcome ( no pitbulls or other attack dogs, yes I know they are sweet but sorry can't get insurance) . * 1250 = 500+750 Where 500 applied to security deposit. Please Call AL ISAAC - Please do not call after 4:00 PM and my phone does not accept texting. LEASE TERMS: I am the owner my name is Al Isaac. Owner keeps grass cut, Tenant pays electric to the local power company and water and Stormwater and sewer to the city of Tarpon Springs. I am Looking for long long term tenants, no room mates or subslets or sharing - ONE Family ONLY! Please read carefully. The pictures are old and not current. There is no Central HVAC anymore because the ducts under the house could not be accessed for repairs so I had installed years ago a few Window and wall A/C units that I do not know their condition now. I am asking Low Low rent because I do not want to deal with fixing up anything and I don't know what is the condition of the property but I asked my lawn guy to take to the dump everything that was left there including fridge and washer and dryer that they left there and I do not want to be responsible for. This home is not for everyone. You have to be handy and take care of cleaning and fixing up or painting things on your own. The last tenant lived there since 2015. They never asked for repairs and they disappeared about Three months ago without notifying me. They were a nice family. I did not know that they left until I was called last week by code enforcement officer asking me to get the grass cut and so I did the same day. From now on my lawn guy of many years gets to cut the grass here. The roof is new from 2013 it covers everything including the car port. If you like to put in the effort you can make this a long term residence for as many years as you like. I advertised yesterday and I got over 50 calls and emailes and applications I am not going to have the time to call back or review these emails. Please read the above.
