Location is incredible for this ranch style, one level living townhome! It's in walking distance to Starbucks, movies, Panera, Main Event, the pool, Ross, and more. The unit backs to trees and a creek, feels like a cabin in the woods! Even the master has a screened in porch with a huge sliding glass door. Barrybrooke is a wonderful neighborhood, and soon there will be a new dog park, and picnic/park area. The location is truly 5 minutes from everything you would need to include a grocery story, gas station, and even a hospital. Wonderful set up for someone with a disability as well. Not many rentals come up in Barrybrooke so contact us soon! 2 year lease (Zillow wouldn't let me choose that amount in it's pre determined length). No cats, dogs considered, no smoking in unit. Credit issues, divorce situations, or non violent prior convictions will also be considered, life happens sometimes.
