The land is nice with lots of potential. A couple of acres are wooded, the rest is yard. The back yard is fenced with a 6' privacy fence. We have a small pond in the front yard for goldfish, low voltage landscape lighting, an arbor, a butterfly garden, a vegetable patch, and great plants. We added the garage two years ago. Please note that the pictures were taken BEFORE renting the house for two years. The yard has not been so nicely kept, and the inside of the house is a bit of a mystery. The house is rented until June 30th, 2014.
