We are looking for a roommate who is also a professional, clean and wouldn't mind catching up over a glass of wine every once in awhile. Our house is a very clean and tranquil environmentwe usually do not bring the party home but do enjoy a small get-together from time to time. About the rooms: The rooms are both good sized, one is in backing, facing west and the garden, the other is the largest room in the house (dining room, professional converted a sound proofed bedroom and largest room in the house) Both have ample closet space and wood floors and have been recently painted. About the house: Large, wood floors, vaulted ceiling in living room with fireplace. Nice back yard with sitting area, fire pit and small pond. The house is a stand alone, recently painted, and large for neighborhood. It is well decorated, homey and all amenities are included (i.e., washer and dryer, dishwasher, disposal, storage, kitchen extras, etc.). It is less than a block from Golden Gate Bridge. We are a half-block away from the express buses on Fulton and Cabrillo that gets downtown in approx. 25 minutes and close to Park Presidio for easy access to the North Bay. There are two bathrooms in the house one with tub, one with shower to be shared by just one other roomies.
