Upstairs you will have the master bedroom with a king bed and the 4th room (loft) has a trundle bed top mattress is a full size and the bottom is twin. Our home sleeps 8, comfortably. AVAILABLE: August 1, 2022 - November 30, 2022 *Must be 25 years or older to book. *Rental Agreement must be signed & returned within 24 hours or reservation acceptance along with proof of a government issued ID for security & verification. *PET POLICY: One dog allowed only. Must be under 40 lbs. and non-refundable fee required. Not allowed on furniture and must make arrangements not to leave the dog alone in the house. Sorry, no cats. *NO smoking/vaping ANYWHERE on property or in the house - NO EXCEPTIONS. *The indoor fireplace should not be used unless the owner has pre-approved it. *NO parties or events held on property- at all, without owners consent. *Candles are not to be used in the house. There are flashlights in the drawers. *This is a residential neighborhood. Our neighbors are full time residents so please keep noise to a respectful level.
