Our buildings are very quiet since they were built with real concrete for the exterior walls, the walls that divide the neighboring condos, and even the floors that divide the upper and lower condos. Why would you want to live in a noisy wood building (like all the other buildings in the area) with thin walls if you don't have to?! We are pet friendly! We even have a "reverse pet fee" - instead of you paying a pet fee, we pay you to bring your pet!
