No application fee to apply. Bad credit is okay but Tenants will need to provide a strong rental history with references for on time payments and leaving their previous rental(s) in as good or better condition from start of lease. Tenants will need to provide $1250 for first month's rent, and $1200 for a security deposit at time of lease signing. Additional monthly rent and deposit will be required if tenant has pet(s).
