It’s also had a large den and bedroom added on in the back of the house upstairs. The upstairs was completely remodeled 5 years ago to include insulation, new wiring, new receptacles, completely sheet rocked including ceilings and new kitchen cabinets. The entire house was enclosed with red brick at some point. Everything else is Vinal siding. I had a 24’X 24’ metal workshop built about five years ago with a concrete slab floor. The house sits on 4.5 acres of land with a large creek behind the house. It is secluded with nearest neighbor about 100 yards away, but blocked by trees. It has city water about 13 dollars a month and very reasonable electricity. Quite hassle free living in a safe neighborhood.
