Very quiet and cozy carriage house on lush 6 acre property. 18 mile creek is on back of property and has great steelhead fishing and beautiful walks..also with a small stream next to this home. Owner lives onsite and fixes problems immediately. Also, no smoking in house and a small dog is under 20 lbs. and you must weekly clean up dog poop. I hate riding over a pile while mowing!
