This house is cute and affordable!! It has a fenced in backyard and a shed to keep your lawnmower because you're responsible for your own lawn. It was originally a two bedroom house, but the side porch was turned into a bedroom. You have a back door that goes on to a little paver patio and washer and dryer hook ups in the kitchen.. if you think this is the place for you, please submit an application so we can get you over to look at the house. All utilities are the responsibility of the renter. You are provided with trash cans and a recycling can. You're also responsible for the upkeep of your lawn. Please submit an application in order to look at the house. I'm not showing the house without receiving an application because I do not know if you meet the criteria to rent the house we do have a 650 credit score requirement, but we do accept a double deposit if you meet all the other criteria on the application we accept small dogs and cats with a nonrefundable $500 pet deposit.
