Laundry is located on our side of the basement which the tenant has access to. No other shared spaces. We live and work from home and are always around. Husband is a music producer and has a studio downstairs where you'll hear some fun tunes being created. Wife works in admin, remote 3 days and in office 2 days a week. Kids are at daycare 8:30-5pm every day. We have a 3 year old and a one year old and as you can imagine, are always running around the house, backyard and front yard. We also have a little dachshund, Diego, who will eventually be your best friend. We love our home and would love to share it with someone respectful, quiet, and trustworthy. We promise not to butt into your life but we'd love to be friendly as we live under the same roof. The unit is ground level with a private entrance but we live upstairs, so you will hear our footsteps, voices, kiddos, dog, etc as we will hear you coming and going. We enjoy sharing our home, but if you're looking for a place with zero noise, this is not the home for you. Guests are allowed but we ask to keep it to one or two, and no large parties. You're welcome to use the backyard but understand that we're always playing and running around. Pets are allowed, case by case basis. One cat or one small dog will be considered, just as our dog is a scaredy cat when it comes to big dogs. Unit available immediately and looking for a one year lease. We will schedule tours after an initial phone call. All applications accepted through Zillow (background and credit check ran). No smoking, inside or outside.
