Included in the rent is as follows: all utilities, high speed Internet (there is NO cable TV provider), full house privileges, including kitchen, dinning, living room with fireplace, downstairs den, garage laundry, and a once a month full house cleaning service.. There's a huge back deck with 180 views, of the mountains, and a huge courtyard in the front, with a BBQ. There is also plenty of street parking available. The shared house has 3 tenants so you would be the 4th. The perfect candidate would be between 50 and 65 years old, looking for long term housing, with a typical schedule. This is single occupancy only and no overnight guests. Must be easy going, social, respectful, and friendly. References will be required. The room will be available on 02/01/26.
