One month of the security deposit ($1,900) can be prorated if needed. No smoking allowed. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Tenant is responsible for paying all utilities and lawn maintenance for the property. Tenant will be signing a 1-year lease with 1st month's rent and 2 months of security deposit due at signing - 50% of the security deposit can be prorated over a 3 month period to make move-in costs more reasonable if needed.
