New community, Gated, community club house/pool/playground/soccer field/tennis, etc. final stage of construction so drive by and take a look. Looking for a minimum 12 month lease, but would love something longer. Small pets may be ok, but must be approved. NO smoking will be allowed inside this NEW home. Association dues paid by landlord, but all lawn maintenance is tenants responsibility. First / Last and Security to move in, but we can be somewhat flexible if needed.
