Amazing Rental, Amazing Location! We have grown our family and need a bigger space. We love this home and do not want to leave it, so we decided to try renting it. This home has freshly remodeled baths, two bed up and two down. The yard and sun room are our favorite features. The drought has not been nice on our yard but it's still in pretty decent shape. UpGrades: Very efficient home, smart irrigation system. large play system in back yard, wood burning stove, full home humidifier, tankless water heater, brand new roof, storage space and work bench in garage... The location is great as well, just off the trail to Lake Arbor. Walking distance to King Soopers. Within a mile of Everything! Lake Arbor Golf Course, New Whole Foods, Trader Joes, an open field across the street, loads of parks. Can be partially furnished. We are truly sad to be leaving our home but hope to find renters that are looking for a home to spend a long time in, and love this place like we do. This is a rental home. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and basic maintenance. Lawn mowing and watering, snow shoveling, raking leaves, changing air filter, lightbulbs, ect... No smoking. Pet are negotiable. No excessive street parking, two spaces in front of the house and the driveway spaces and garage spaces.
