There is a long-term rental unit in the basement. Guests who do want to use the laundry will need to work with the property manager to set up dates for laundry access. The owner and a tenant live in the basement. They both have well-behaved dogs. Guests do not have access to the yurt in the back yard or the garage. The rental is furnished. The property does have air conditioning. Yes there is a hot tub. Guests should know that this is not a super fancy new hot tub. It is a basic older hot tub. The water is hot. The jets all work. The water and filters are clean. We just want to make sure everyone has accurate expectations. Rent includes WiFi, Cable, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Recycling, Electricity, Access to the hot tub, Access to the laundry once per week
