Leases are from 1 - 3 month seasonal rentals with the possibility to extend up to 6 months with approval from owner. Garbage will be taken care of by the owner. Cleaning will be the responsibility of the seasonal renter except for the final cleaning upon vacating the premises. There is a 100 cleaning fee for the final cleaning. This is a NO SMOKING home. The driveway will not accommodate more than two small SUVs or one pick-up truck.
