Just right for one or two people who embrace the idea that good things can and do come in small packages and this package is particularly appealing. Fully renovated in the spring of 2011, this ground floor flat has a comfortable living room with a separate dining alcove off the kitchen. Tiled floors are cool on the feet and easy work to keep clean so you can focus on the fun stuff. The bedroom has new sliding glass doors that invite the breeze and views of the Intracoastal inside - sweet.
