The high school is about a five minute drive, but during the school season it will be about twenty minutes. It is about a ten minute walk to downtown Hudson, so easy to get to shops and restaurants. Solomon Pond Mall, the nearest mall and movie theater, is a town over and about fifteen minutes using back roads instead of the highway. Natick Mall, a bigger mall, is about forty five minutes away. Boston is an hour drive away. I-495 is about five minutes away down Lincoln St, so the road is kind of busy, but during the times kids are going to school there are crossing guards at the intersection leading to Farley. Nearby is a Horse Stable, so kids can learn to ride. Hudson is quite with almost no crime. Hudson is small, by high school you know every kid in your grade by name, but it is a great place to raise children and also to retire in.
