Porches and shed are fairly new and are in excellent shape. Outer perimeter fence and Inner perimeter chain-link fence. Kitchen floor looks like wood. Vinyl flooring in the rest. Overall, floor surfaces look good. Central AC needs evaluation (power off). Yard clearing in progress for better showing.
