The lease is for 11 months per year we are looking for someone who has a flexible schedule in order to leave their furnishings and vacate the property for the month of September so we can come and visit. The lease would begin on October 1st. We fell in love with Victoria when we visited 8 years ago and purchased this condo because the views are outstanding and the location is very desirable. It's easy to walk to the market, to restaurants, to catch a bus, and biking which is just out your front door. We are not allowed to stay in Canada for more than 6 months and therefore we have to pay a speculation tax each year unless we can find a special person, or a couple who would like to join us for this amazing adventures.
