When we moved in, we replaced all the kitchen appliances; added granite countertops and a kitchen island; opened wall between kitchen and dining room; painted or resurfaced every room; polished and sealed all the floors (hardwood in every room). Installed new front and back doors. Added ceiling fans to kitchen and all bedrooms. Added task and mood lighting in the kitchen. Added new washer and dryer, along with a work sink in the basement. Added an electric fireplace in the living room. A wide staircase leads to the second floor. In 2017, we added new, wide, double-pane windows and shades in the master bedroom and guest bedroom. In Spring 2018, we added a new paver walkway to the front entrance. In Summer 2018, we added a top-of-the-line heating/cooling system. This is a great home for families or a couple.
