It is available for longer term leased renting from November - April. No monthly rental available June-October unless otherwise established with me. Please contact me directly for more information. Please note: for longer term rentals greater than 21 days .... this property is fully furnished, but will NOT provide the following: linens, towels, paper products including toilet paper, paper towels, etc, cooking basics, pillows, toiletries, cookware. Pet Policy : Up to 2 dogs are allowed. No cats. A pet rent of $50 per pet will be charged per month. Damage from pets: part of security deposit will be deducted if damage from pets is caused to the inside or outside of the property, or any items ex. furniture, tables, chairs, doors. DO NOT ALLOW YOU DOG TO POOP OR PEE ON THE GRASS ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. There is a public park directly across the street from the property which is perfect for walking dogs. If your pet does accidentally go to the bathroom on the property, you must pick up after them and throw the poop bag away in the garbage bin outside. Please spray the urinated area with water. The property has new sod which is prone to damage from pet waste. If there is significant pet damage to the yard, part of the security deposit maybe kept. No smoking inside or outside. Part of security deposit will not be returned if smoking inside or cigarette butts are found. Parking : The property has off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles. Two gravel spots and two cars in the driveway. Parking in street risks getting your vehicle towed by the town, especially in the summer months. There is absolutely NO PARKING ON GRASS OR MULCH, there are sprinkler heads that can be damaged and newly installed sod. If these areas are damaged by parking part of the security deposit will be withheld.
