Neighborhood consists of mainly families that range from all age groups to retired couples with a scattered few college kids and is not on a main road, so traffic is very light and no speed demons running through. Great thing is the college kids are not loud or obnoxious all hours of the night; they are respectful, clean, and studious. You can always find people outside working on their yards, walking their dogs, exercising, or just relaxing out front or out back. Whether you are walking, riding your bike, or driving you will get a warm wave & hello from anyone you see. The Neighborhood does not have a Home Owners Association that is mandatory to belong to, but does have a volunteer association that you can join if you choose too. Even if you do not join, they send out monthly newsletters to inform you of what has been going on and report on anything that happens in the neighborhood.
