Top floor (3rd) studio apartment in a 1960's eight-unit brick building. The monthly rent includes heat, water, cooking gas and an off-street, uncovered parking space. The building is located at the corner of Elmwood and Crain just a few short blocks to the Dempster el stop and not much further to the Main Street el and Metra stop. Our tenants pay their own electricity (air-conditioner and refrigerator provided) and cable/Internet. We do not charge any non-refundable moving fees, but there is a $34.99 credit check charge paid directly to the credit agency. We waive the credit report requirement for graduate students who can provide a driver's license, state ID or passport/visa, a letter from their university documenting financial support and, if they are international students a copy of their I-20 form.
