Any pet that is not kept in a cage or aquarium full time will be subject to pet policy and fees. Non-household animals are not permitted without the written permission of the landlord. Support and/or assistance animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, will not be subject to the pet policy, but tenants (and guarantors) will be responsible for any damage incurred to the unit during move out/turnover.
