The bedrooms are very big in this house and there are no small bedrooms like many houses. The interior of the house has wood floors throughout and has a working fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is large with all appliances included with a nice sun lit dining nook attached to the kitchen. There is also an alcove between the living room and the kitchen that has a bar. A great aspect of this house is that there is not a bath in just one of the bedrooms with the other 3 bedrooms having to share one bath. This house has equal access to the bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer provided for your convenience. The front porch is completely screened and is a nice space to hang out. The back yard is private and fenced with a firepit for entertaining. There is an exterior lockable storage are for bikes etc. There is ample parking on site for all roommates.
