You can host up to 40 people (standing) comfortably in the living room and up to 80 people (standing and sitting) comfortably on the deck. The backyard opens up to Edgewater park; it is literally an extension of your backyard that is maintained by the city! Edgewater Park has acres of grass, basketball and tennis courts, a softball field, and a "kiddie" park. Additionally, Edgewater Park is connected to Foster City Elementary School which is advantageous if you have young children as they do not have to cross a single street to get to and from school.
