The square footage does not include the large sun room, which is surrounded by trees outside. Both bathrooms include a sink, toilet and shower, no bathtubs. There is an additional room that we use as a storage area that could be made into an additional bedroom. Also, there is a grilling area to the side of cabin and a fire pit with huge tree stumps for seats in the backyard. And if you do rent it, you won't need to manage it. There is a cabin rental management team that will handle this for you. The cabin is just 10 minutes from the lake marina.
