Move-in ready apartment! The first 3 weeks of January rent has been paid and no deposit required! We have lived in the Colonial Village at Twin Lakes Community for two years now. We just recently got married and are purchasing a home. We are looking for someone to take over our lease. This is a nice community that is pretty quiet. They have a nice pool located behind the club house with lounge chairs, grills, and plenty of space to cookout or relax. They also have a good fitness center, playground, and dog park located on the property. The apartments are located close to everything which has been amazing. It s a short 5 minute drive to Publix, Walmart, or Sams Club. The mall, movie theater, and many restaurants are a close 5 minute drive. It is also about 5 minutes to I-4 which makes it easy to commute. There is a washer and dryer in unit which makes doing laundry a breeze. There is also a large balcony that is nice for getting some fresh air during cool nights or having a relaxing morning with a book and some coffee. We have a condition in our lease that the carpet is to be replaced. At your request, you can have the carpet replaced before move-in. The leasing agents in the office are very friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond to any concerns. Maintenance is available 24/7 for emergencies and are very responsive. Overall this is a great community and it has been a pleasure living here. This is a great rental rate for this unit! We look forward to hearing from you! Water and Electric are not included in the rent. There is a mandatory $34 a month fee for cable and HBO Go. There is also an $8.99 trash fee and $5 pest control fee paid monthly. A rental application will be required and they require that the tenants income be at least 3 months rent.
