Garage is not available for tenant use. No smokers. This is our home when we are in town so you are dealing directly with the owners, not a rental agency. The home must be available, with minimum 24 hour notice, for owner or owner's representative for personal access to items (in locked owner's room or basement) or for prospective showings. We respect your privacy and provide plenty of notice, if this is necessary. No sub-letting or additional people living in the house other than those specified on the lease.
