I'm re-opening this house to the public because I had someone back out. Three bedroom, including laundry and off street parking. Convenient to Mercyhurst or Penn State Behrend. Very homelike house, in a great neighborhood. A large backyard and enclosed sun porch. Elementary school close by as well as being close to several main streets...East 38th St., Parade St., State St., and Peach St. Within a few blocks of Mercyhurst University, and reasonably close to Penn State Behrend. Very close to the Erie Mall, which has numerous stores. Renter pays gas, electric. water and refuse. Small pets permitted but no smoking. Washer/dryer in basement. Owner provides a lawn mower and electric light weight snow blower. Grass length should be kept on par with the neighborhood. Only those on lease allowed to stay in the house for more than four days. Credit report necessary. Must have credit score of 650 or better. I prefer to have any prospects use the Zillow online rental application.
