Sleeping Quarters: A serene bedroom area tucked away for privacy, featuring a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and beautiful barn-door closet accents. Laundry: No more laundromats, enjoy the convenience of an in-unit, stacked washer and dryer. Other things to note We do allow pets, but have a strict policy as follows: - All pets must be crate and potty-trained - Pets should not get on any furniture, including any beds, couches or seats - Any waste or messes should be promptly cleaned up, whether inside or outside. Thank you in advance for abiding by this policy as it helps ensure a clean, comfortable stay for all future guests! Rent includes all utilities. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis at $200/dog with strict pet rules: No dogs on furniture, including couch and bed. All accidents and waste to be picked up promptly, both inside and outside. If any significant accidents, guest is notify the property manager promptly. One-time cleaning fee of $150 to ensure each stay is clean and comfortable.
