This house was built in 1943 and set here on a cinder block foundation in 1955. The house is built of very solid thick old timbers. There has been extensive work on the foundation to level all the floors, there are three access holes to the crawler. Two on the back of the house and an access in the living room where an old furnace was removed when we purchased the house. The front yard has nice grass and landscaping, some rock sculpted around the grass, rose bushes and shrubs. There is a extra thick garage slab poured in the rear but the city of Montrose approved and inspected before i poured concrete but neglected to see it was over the gas line so it will need to be moved to finish the garage. I paid extra for more rebar and thick slab it was over 3000.00 The deck is 835 sq ft with a round 14 ft trampoline in the deck. It is being sanded and stained now. The whole house has new hand made trim and beams in the master bedroom, vaulted ceiling, new led lighting and upper storage area above the large closet. There is 400 mb fiber optic elevate internet, new mesh modem with 5ghz and 2.4ghz wireless. Kitchen is small but workable, breakfast bar picture window. There is Mayan white tile on the counter and whanes coat on the walls. The small laundry just fits full size washer and dryer and hot water heater. It is freshly painted, one small shelf added above dryer and a hand made shelf that matches all the new trim. It has a new stained door instead of painted. There is a 12 by 18 shed in back for storage , if you would like it removed i will handle that. There is also full enclosed back yard for your pets. There are two fruit trees and a little garden walkway in back. The house is having some last minute work done and new electrical panel installed with all new grounded wiring.
