The room is on the second floor, near the top of the staircase. Renter will be given their own key to the room. The room is spacious. It can fit a queen bed, TV, and mini fridge. The room gets a lot of daylight and breeze making the environment very breathable. Prior to moving in, renter will pay 2 months rent and a security deposit of $500. No smoking on the premises. Quiet hours apply after 10 pm. Renter must clean up after themselves and maintain a clean living environment.
