Welcome to the Harrison Apartments where we offer 2-3 bedroom apartment homes to rent. We are located about 15-20 minutes from Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM). Within walking distance, you will find one of the city's largest parks, Fort Steilacoom with a newly built baseball stadium for the nearby campus, Pierce Community College. We have an assortment of coffee places, restaurants and convenience stores near our property such as Starbucks, Safeway, McDonalds, Dutch Bros, Dollar Tree, Walgreens, Jimmy Johns and more. Our units are equipped with a full-size washer and dryer set up, standard appliances like a fridge, stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. We have wood finished cabinets, vinyl/laminate flooring throughout the apartment and a storage closet on the patio for your use. On the property, we have a basketball court, playground and pool accessible to our residents and their guests. We have a fitness center also available Monday through Friday between 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. We have on-site maintenance during normal business hours and on-call maintenance for after-hour emergencies. We are a pet friendly community and will allow a max of 3 pets. There is a breed restriction on the dogs and will need proof of your pet being either a service animal or emotional support animal to be accepted. - For 1 pet: $200 Pet deposit / $200 Pet fee (non-refundable) - For 2 pets: $250 Pet deposit / $250 Pet fee (non-refundable) - For 3 pets: $300 Pet deposit / $300 Pet fee (non-refundable) The monthly pet rent is $35 per pet each month. We offer 6 - 12-month lease terms for civilian contracts and 6 or 12 months for any active-duty military members that are interested in the Rental Partnership Program (RPP). The residents are responsible for the following utilities: water, sewer, trash at a flat rate of $135 for a 2bedroom 1bath. Electricity is through Tacoma Public Utilites (TPU), and the resident is responsible to make payments directly to them depending on usage in the unit. There is a $30 monthly parking fee for the assigned space to the unit.
