The property is professionally managed, and maintenance requests and repairs are handled through the property management company. ABOUT US: You will be living with two UCSD students (a Mathematics undergraduate and an ECE graduate student). We are friendly, cooperative, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for someone who would be a good fit for a comfortable living environment. AMENITIES: Bathroom: The hallway bathroom is shared between the single-bedroom occupant and the resident occupying the living room. It includes a sink, shower, bathtub, and upper storage cabinet. Kitchen: Includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and ample cabinet storage. Parking: One assigned parking space is available, along with access to a 24-hour guest parking lot within the gated community. Pool: Access to a community pool. Laundry: No in-unit laundry, but community washers and dryers are available a couple of floors below. LOCATION: The apartment is located at 8310 Regents Rd in a gated community near Doyle Park and about a 15-minute walk from Vons. The location offers easy access to UCSD by both bus and car. The 202, 201, 30, and 101 bus lines are about a 5-minute walk away and provide a quick ride to UTC and UCSD, making commuting convenient. HOUSE PREFERENCES: No parties No smoking No 420 No pets We're looking for a quiet, responsible, and clean roommate who is respectful of shared spaces. The apartment is a good fit for students or working professionals who value a calm, low-noise environment during the week. SINGLE ROOM: Monthly Rent: $1,150/month through July 31, 2026. The rent for the new lease term beginning in August 2026 has not yet been finalized and may increase slightly based on the owner's decision. We expect any increase to be reasonable, likely around $50/month or less. Security Deposit: $1,133.33. The room is unfurnished and includes a spacious closet. Thanks for reading!
