There are two units, one is an end garden unit and the other is an upstairs middle unit in a 6 plex apartment building. The garden level so was repainted, has new/newer vinyl and vinyl plank (gray tone) flooring, except in the bedrooms which are carpeted. It also has a brand new stove and refrigerator with upgrades to the bathroom wall tile, tub and kitchen counters. The middle upstairs unit has cherry look vinyl plank and Carrara tile look kitchen and bathroom flooring with off white paint with a few darker green accent walls. The town of Windsor is noted as a low crime community with violent crimes being particularly low. You will deal directly with owners who have 20 years experience in caring for our tenants and the properties we own. There is pay laundry on-site explicitly for this building's tenants. The Washer is $1.00/load and dryer is $1.50/load. Additional documentation similar to the Zwillow application is required without charge for our records. Criminal and Credits checks are required and may be a separate charge paid to a third party vendor for each person over 18 years of age who will live in the unit.
