Entertainment: Enjoy YouTube TV on all TVs for live channels and a cable-like experience. Feel free to download other Smart Apps, but personal logins are required for services like Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Prime Video, etc. PPV channels are not available. 1. Parking: Garage, driveway, and street parking are allowed. Please limit the number of cars to a maximum of 3 unless approved prior to your stay. 2. Transportation: You are welcome to drive your own car with garage and driveway access. Lyft and Uber are also available, and bicycles are provided for your convenience. 3. Nearby Attractions: Explore Scottsdale\'s vibrant offerings, including restaurants, malls, shops, and the airport. A beautiful park within a mile offers a serene natural retreat. No Large Gatherings or Parties: To comply with City and State regulations and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood, we strictly prohibit any large gatherings or parties. Unauthorized vehicles or guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a complete ban from our booking channel. 2. Security Measures: We prioritize your safety and have partnered with Superhog (Know Your Guest) for guest screening. Verification through Know Your Guest is required before your booking. 3. Deposit and Damage Waiver: Choose between a refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver before your stay. We recommend the damage waiver for added protection against accidental damage. 4.
