Bedroom is fully furnished with a full size bed, a desk, and chair. Shared kitchen and shared dining room with other housemate/tenant. You have your own bathroom and not sharing it with anybody else. A brief description of yourself will be nice. Roommates here were UCSD alumni. Move-in date is flexible. One year is preferred. Spectrum high speed internet is covered and tenant is only responsible for electricity bill which will be shared with other housemate.
